Every Halo Ring Co. ring is handcrafted to order using carefully selected materials and unique inlay designs. Many of our rings feature artwork sourced from luxury playing cards and card boxes, creating distinctive patterns that cannot be mass-produced.

No two journeys are the same, and your ring shouldn't be either.

Are your rings mass-produced?

No.

Every Halo Ring Co. ring is handcrafted and assembled individually. We do not purchase finished rings from overseas suppliers or wholesalers and rebrand them. Each ring is made to order specifically for the customer who purchases it.

What materials are used in your rings?

Our rings are built on durable ring cores and feature carefully selected inlay materials chosen for their appearance and character.

Are your rings limited edition?

Many Halo Ring Co. designs are limited edition.

Some materials are sourced from products that are no longer produced or are available only in limited quantities. Once a design reaches its production limit, it may be permanently retired and never offered again.

How long does it take to make my ring?

Because every ring is handcrafted to order, production typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping.

During busy periods or special promotions, production times may be slightly longer.

How do I determine my ring size?

For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend being professionally measured by a local jeweler before placing your order.

While our printable ring sizing guide is available as a helpful reference, it should be used primarily to verify a size you already know rather than as a substitute for professional sizing.

For best results:

Have your finger professionally measured whenever possible.
Measure at the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
Keep in mind that finger size can vary throughout the day due to temperature and activity.
If using our printable sizing guide, follow all instructions carefully and verify that it printed at the correct scale.

Taking a few extra minutes to confirm your size can help ensure the best possible fit and avoid unnecessary exchanges.

What if I order the wrong size?

We understand that ordering rings online can be challenging, and sizing mistakes can happen.

If your ring does not fit properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to arrange a size exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original ring back to Halo Ring Co. Once the exchanged ring is completed, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement ring back to you.

Exchanged rings must be returned in good condition with minimal signs of wear.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend professional sizing before placing your order.

Are your rings durable?

Halo Ring Co. rings are designed for everyday wear, but like any piece of jewelry, they are not indestructible.

Each ring is handcrafted and contains carefully selected inlay materials that are sealed and protected during the crafting process. Under normal wear, your ring should provide years of enjoyment.

However, hard impacts, drops onto hard surfaces, or activities involving significant force can damage the ring. A severe impact may crack the ring or compromise the protective seal surrounding the inlay.

For this reason, we recommend removing your ring during activities that may expose it to heavy impacts, crushing forces, or harsh conditions.

Treat your ring like any other quality piece of jewelry—with reasonable care—and it will help preserve both its appearance and longevity.

Can I wear my ring while working with my hands?

While our rings are designed for everyday wear, we recommend removing them during activities that involve heavy impacts, machinery, construction work, vehicle repairs, weightlifting, or other high-risk activities.

Protecting your hands should always come before protecting your jewelry.

What if my ring arrives damaged or defective?

If your ring arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the ring and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Do you accept returns?

Because every Halo Ring Co. ring is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer's remorse
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong style
Ordering the wrong design
Accidental damage after delivery
Normal wear and tear

Do your rings come with a warranty?

At this time, Halo Ring Co. does not offer a formal warranty.

Many of our rings are handcrafted using limited-production materials and unique design elements that may only be available in small quantities. Because each ring is made to order and some designs may eventually be retired, we cannot guarantee that identical replacement materials will remain available in the future.

While we do not offer a formal warranty, we are committed to producing high-quality handcrafted rings and providing responsive customer support should an issue arise.

If your ring arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Why are your rings more expensive than rings sold on large marketplaces?

Many rings sold on large marketplaces are mass-produced in overseas factories and sold by multiple vendors.
